I didn't realise when l bought our VW Transporter T5 LWB down this mile or so of road, that up until 8th April 2020 this was the steepest street in the world...l personally just thought at the time it was the "Creata Run" for Cars and Vans, it wasn't until l reached the crossroads in the town that l saw the road sign indicating it was a 40% incline of a hill...it was very exciting coming down, though a bit hairy when l met a couple of cars coming up...it was equally exciting going back up. :-)
l only stopped here to get a snap of the castle at the time...it just looked like a totally diffrent shot of the castle than you normally see.
