After a day of gloom, the sun finally broke through for a brief period in the late afternoon, so l "high tailed" it to Warley Woods to see how Autumn there was progressing, as tomorrow it promises wind and rain.

l wasn't disappointed...half an hour later the clouds had returned and all this beauty was gone for another day.
