Gopi....
Gopis means cowherd damsels. They are know for their unconditional love for Lord Krishna.
The marking (tilaka) on the forehead represents Vishnu or Lord Krishna Himself. It is applied on twelve parts of the devotees body for protection and other esoteric meanings.
Kanti mala (Tulsi beads) are also worn around he neck. An initiated has three rounds of Tulsi beads on their neck.
The gopis dressed themselves beautifully and are expert in all art of bhakti yoga (loving devotional service) that is exclusively for the pleasure of Lord Krishna.
