After a tough workout, I am usually pretty sore and the perfect recovery for me is going into the sauna at the RPAC. Stretching in the heat and sweating out all the toxins and stress of the day is best way I know how to get me ready to tackle the amount of studying and homework I have to do for all my classes. Sweating in the sauna gives me a sense of relief and relaxation from the world even if it's next to random people. Going into the sauna also helps me to do some self reflection and meditation which is necessary for me to run through my day and plan out my next move. After I leave the sauna, all the stress that I felt before hand is no longer there and gives me a sense of accomplishment.
