Short-eared Owl

I spent several days this past week photographing owls. I found this bird over a field along with several of his friends. Every evening at about six, the owls began to hunt. Photographing these birds is never easy because they move so erratically. Chasing after them doesn't work because they simply move on to a different spot, so I positioned myself with the sun behind me and fired as many frames as I could. I used the new 'Enhance' feature in Photoshop 2021 to finalize this image.
