The "Investic" At Newhaven

I know nothing about this interesting craft moored in Newhaven Harbour for some years in the 1970s. She looked similar to a WW2 MGB or minesweeper with a plywood hull? She looked to be in need of a little TLC at the time. Does anybody know anything about this boat?
