Two of the redoubtable Angosterian Metropolitan Women Police Officers (affectionately known as scuffers), exhibit a show of force during an armed insurrection by Dyptherian fundamentalists. Seen here facing the Dyptherian armoured columns of tanks and heavy artillery, the WPCs are preparing to deploy their infamous 'itting dem wiv dis stick, method of counter attack, which so far has never failed to dissuade over exhuberance at the illegal clandestine worm racing meetings, popular in less salubrious areas of Rongob. An interview with the chief constable took place early in the morning in which he assured the slightly sceptical Angosterians, that the well tried and trusted 'itting dem wiv deze sticks' response would quell the insurrection with the minimum disruption to the local school clinic, located in the snug of the "Dredger and Ragwort" public house, and the over depletion of their yellow or blue unction stocks.
