Delivered to Lufthansa as D-ABHK in August 1981. Leased to Air Atlanta Icelandic/Tunis Air as TF-ABY in April 1994 and returned as D-ABHK in October 1994 then to Mandala Airlines as PK-RIM in November 1994. Crashed into a residential area during an inadvertent flapless takeoff from Medan-Polonia Airport, Indonesia on 5 September 2005, killing 100 of the 117 occupants and another 49 on the ground.
