Laker Airways
G-AWDG is lined up for take-off on Riem’s runway 07. I have the following reports for this airframe at Riem: 29 March 1969 (El Al flight), 14 May 1969 (El Al flight), 21 May 1969, 2 July 1969, 26 May 1973 (possibly the precise date for this photo), and 17 March 1975 (Britannia flight).

Delivered to Qantas as VH-EBG in 1959 (built as a Boeing 707-138 and converted to -138B in 1961). To British Eagle as G-AWDG in 1968, then to Laker Airways in 1969. To IASCO as N600JJ in 1978, then to Sheik Abdallah Baroom in 1981 and Skyways Aircraft Leasing as N707KS in 1987. Reregistered to N707SK in 1992. To the Government of Congo as 9Q-CLK in 1998. Still operational in 2015.
