A rare DC-10 for Riem, taken from an unusual position only accessible to ramp spotters.

 

Information from airhistory.net - thanks to Paul Seymour:

Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as N156US in 1974. Renamed to Northwest Airlines in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Greenwood, MS, in 2002 and scrapped in 2003.
