The date printed on the slide was November 1984, but according to rzjets.net and other sources, this airframe had already been delivered to PMAS as 5N-AOR in December 1983. Damaged beyond repair in 1992 on landing somewhere in Nigeria while operating for Okada Air and written off (source: Aviation Safety Network).
Note: The registration D-IDOC was later also briefly used for Dornier Do 28D-2 Skyservant c/n 4157 in 1994.
