Information from airhistory.net - thanks to Paul Seymour:

Delivered to Lufthansa as D-ADDO in 1974. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 1994. Converted to a DC-10-30(F) freighter for Gemini Air Cargo as N604GC in 1996. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2008 and scrapped.
