Delivered to Aer Lingus as EI-ASB in 1969. Leased to Egyptair as SU-AYX from 1975 to 1976 and VASP as PP-SRX from 1976 to 1977. To Faucett as OB-R-1314 in 1987. Reregistered as OB-1314 in 1988. Damaged beyond repair landing at Iquitos, Peru in 1989.
