Information from airhistory.net - thanks to Michael Röser:

Delivered 1981. British Airways G-BOHZ 1988, stored 1992. Goa Way 1994, Executive Aerospace ZS-NNW 1998. Withdrawn Durban by 2001, subsequently scrapped. The then chairman of DLT had felt that a new image was needed so the new 748's arrived in a striking all red scheme. Business passengers however disagreed and the "red parrot bird" gave way to a sombre Lufthansa style livery after a very short time with only the first three aircraft being delivered in red. All were repainted within a year.
