PH-DNA with Itavia was noted at Riem on 24 March 1975 (freshly leased from KLM) and 22 October 1976.
Note: PH-DNA (2) was Embraer ERJ 190 LR c/n 19000372 flying for Royal Air Maroc from July to December 2013.

This was the first DC-9 to be delivered to a European airline. "City of Amsterdam" was delivered on 25 March 1966 and was owned by KLM until May 1977, latterly leased to Itavia (as PH-DNA from March 1975 until purchased in May 1977 and re-registered I-TIGU). Operated by Midwest from March 1984 until September 2003.
Went on to USA Jet as N191US, cancelled 9 February 2018.
