Information from flickr - thanks to Chris (Heathrow Junkie):

PH-TVR c/n 22055 - Boeing 737-2K2 was delivered new to Transavia Holland in Mar 1980. The aircraft was bought when the fleet expanded in the 1980s. Like many Transavia aircraft, PH-TVR spent a lot of the time leased out to other airlines, including Britannia, CP Air, KLM and Aerolineas Argentinas. In 1995, the aircraft was sold to Ryanair as EI-CKR and flew with the airline into the 21st century, only being withdrawn and scrapped at PIK in 2004.
