D-AIBA (2) was Airbus A340-211 c/n 008 flying for Lufthansa from January 1993 to January 2003.
D-AIBA (3) is Airbus A319-114 c/n 4141 delivered to Lufthansa in December 2009.
D-AIBA has started its take-off roll on Riem’s runway 07. The Convair T-29B in the background is N98085 parked at Riem from 10 November 1977 to 21 May 1978.

Delivered to Lufthansa as D-AIBA in 1977. To VIASA as YV-160C in 1987. Returned to the lessor in 1995. Reregistered as N6254X then to Pan Am in 1996. Returned to the lessor in 1997. Converted to a freighter for Tradewinds Airlines in 1999 and reregistered as N501TR in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Sanford, FL by 2013. Scrapped in 2022/3.
