This DC-10 was originally delivered to Thai as HS-TMA in December 1987. It flew with Northwest as N238NW fom April 1998 until it was sold to Omni Air in September 2006 as N603AX. The frame was wfu and stored at Goodyear (GYR). However, its fate was not yet the axeman as it was converted to a fire-bomber and now flies with 10 Tanker Air Carrier (active in 2023).
