The last Tu-104 ever to visit Riem has left the airport from runway 25. According to Aviation Letter, the first visit of the type and airline (Aeroflot) to Riem took place on 31 May 1968 (Tu-104B CCCP-42465). During and around the 1972 Summer Olympic Games at Munich, Aeroflot sent many Tu-104s to Riem, sometimes several on a single day.
