This airframe had visited Riem before as N18709 with TWA on 25 October 1977.

 

Information from flickr - thanks to Ken Fielding:

Delivered to TWA as N18709 in May-66.Sold to El Al Israel Airlines in Apr-82 as 4X-ATD. Leased to Arkia in May-85 and sold to Hartford Power Systems Inc in Jan-89, re-registered N707HP the following month.In Sep-89 sold to the Boeing Military Airplane Company and used in the USAF's KC-135E programme. The remains were stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, USA, and broken up in 2013.
