Ambassadair‘s Boeing 720 N8711E with additional "United States of America" titles stayed at Riem from 24 to 27 April 1978, parked out in the "Westpilz" area.
The aircraft started its career with Eastern Airlines in January 1962 and went on to Germany’s Calair as D-ACIR in December 1970. It served several travel clubs in the 1970s and early 1980s and was abandoned by its last operator, Aerotours Dominicano, at Port-Au-Prince in the eighties (broken up in March 1999).
