Information from airliners.net - thanks to Ian Gains:

Built in May 1969 for United Airlines, this Boeing 737-222 seemed to spend a large proportion of her life on lease to various operators. Transavia Holland obtained her in 1975; she was leased to British Airways in November 1977, and then to Air Florida in 1980. She headed to America West in 1983, and also served with Challenge, TACA and COPA.

Wfu in December 2005 and scrapped.
