Cargo Air Lines (C.A.L.) on lease from El Al Israel Airlines
N801FT visited Riem a number of times between autumn 1977 and spring 1978. Flying Tiger titles still visible on the blank fuselage ( (looking closely, even the original registration N9662 could be discerned). Port side had additional El Al titles.
New to American Airlines in July 1970 as N9662, went on to Flying Tigers as N801FT in September 1974 and converted to freighter; leased to Lufthansa 21 January to 1 March 1975, to El Al from August 1977 and back to American Airlines as N662AA from February 1980.
