Iraqi Airways
YI-AGN diverted from Frankfurt to Munich on that November day. Sister ship YI-AGO was also seen at Riem, on 25 April 1980. I have no report of YI-AGP at Riem.
Built in 1976 and delivered to Iraqi Airways on 24 June 1976, this B747 was evacuated to Iran together with B747 YI-AGO on 12 January 1991 during operation desert storm against Iraq. It was stored at Teheran and became IRIAF 5-8106 (2) in December 2007 (5-8106 (1) was B747-131F c/n 19668 / 8). Apparently still active - there’s a photo of this airframe undergoing C Check at THR in February 2017. (Sources: flickr (Reinhard Zinabold), rzjets.net, airteamimages.com).
