Fawad Azimi, Accelerating Sustainable Agriculture Program Manager for Regional Command North explains the cold storage facility near Mazar-e-Sharif for Afghan officials, international aid representatives and coalition service members before its Dec. 15 opening. The facility is able to hold more than 70 metric tons of produce for local Afghan farmers.
