Everything in Charlie's life seemed to have been the result of a choice made for her.

 

Her parents had chosen not to keep her...

Her Fathers had chosen to adopt her...

Hogwarts chose to accept her...

She was chosen as a Gryffindor, chosen as a prefect, chosen as quidditch captain...

 

Those, she'd admit perhaps she had earned as she looked at her fingers that were pruned in the bathwater.

 

Logan had chosen to kiss her...

Logan had chosen despite claiming he was in love with Kamila...

Logan had chosen to love her...

 

She had chosen to love him...

 

And now, he had chosen someone else...he had chosen another girl and tossed her aside like those months meant nothing.

 

Rage mixed with grief and boiled in her stomach, she'd feel sick forcing herself to sink beneath the bathwater and hold her breath to clear her head. The question still remained.
