This character is from a new Indie game a YouTuber by the name of Dexter Manning made, it's a simple dodging game with some comedy elements. I'd recommend you go check it out, anyways, about this fig, the body and legs are of course edited, not really the hairnor head though, which I guess are good enough to match how he looks.
