Lego Custom: Officer Earl Devereaux (Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs)

For a while I've wanted to make him, and finally I have. This was rather simple, just needed to modify a head, and arms and body and legs, but all that wasn't too much. Hoping to make other characters from this series.
