Lego Custom: Pennywise the Dancing Clown (Updated)(IT 2017/IT Chapter 2)

So I definitely felt that Pennywise needed an update, especially with Chapter 2 out now, I might make other characters from that movie too, basically I just fixed his hair, so now it's not that big, but his forehead still is, also he has a party balloon but red.
