In Rio de Janeiro's Carnival we have the School of Samba's Parade, at Sambadrome. Two days dedicated to what is called the greatest show on Earth.
But, between Schools' parades, the cleaning team, that we call "garis", take place in the avenue, cleaning the floor for the next School of Samba, dancing and making people sing and dance.
One of the most admired gari is Renato Sorriso (or Smiling Renato), a gari very skilled both in the arts of cleaning and samba. This costume is in his homage.,
