Rest of Winter aconite (Eranthis hyemalis)
The winter aconite is one of the most beautiful winter bloomers and welcomes spring at the end of January/beginning of February.
But what do the plants look like when the flowers have withered?
Well, within a few weeks, star-shaped scattered fruits form. These open by the beginning of May and present a row of relatively large, ripe seeds.
What remains is the filigree shell of seeds shown in the picture.

Der Winterling zählt zu den schönsten Winterblühern und heißt schon Ende Januar/Anfang Februar den Frühling willkommen.
Aber wie sehen die Pflanzen aus, wenn die Blüten verwelkt sind?
Nun, dann bilden sich innerhalb weniger Wochen sternförmig angeordnete Streufrüchte. Diese öffnen sich bis Anfang Mai und präsentieren eine Reihe relativ großer, reifer Samen.
