The 5 Days screening of climate centric films during the inaugural Africa Climate Summit/week took place from September 4th to 8th, 2023, in Nairobi, Kenya dubbed #CinemaTao; Stories of our people was a blast. This outdoor, free public screening event showcased powerful and compelling climate films from Africa and by extension the Global South as part of Africa Climate Week. The screenings took place daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, right outside the Hilton Hotel, conveniently located opposite Kencom attracting diverse audiences everyday.
