Boxing presentation 2000

In Arbroath Community Centre in November, 2000, a special presentation was made to Jack Hall for his services to boxing. Making the handover to Mr Hall was David Howie, Wellmeadow Boxing Club, left and Albert Hills, St Francis Boxing Club, with the Arbroath members looking on.
