Dan Noble

In the days when Arbroath boasted two weekly newspapers, the Herald and the Guide, Dan Noble was editor of the Guide. When I started work as a scriptwriter and sub on DC Thomson's Sparky Comic in 1967 Dan's son, Graham, moved from the office junior's desk to make room for me.
