Community Police 1992
Pictured in the canteen at the new Arbroath Police Station in May, 1992 were, from left - PC Willie MacKay, traffic warden Shona Cargill, and PC Bob Carswell. The occasion was a feature on the new Police Station. I do remember the community bobbies coming in to the Arbroath Herald office and the first thing they'd do was put the kettle on. Good PR or what?
