Pepper came to me as a foster pup. However, adopters kept giving up on her within a week of taking her on. She is a lovely little girl with a big heart and a big personality to match. Her bark may be ear piercing, but her love knows no limits. She absolutely adores Antonio, Hercule and Pooh Bear and she is my little shadow.
