Look right,look left,look right again!
This is us in November 2008 out for a pavement walk to keep the toenails trimmed. Theirs,not mine.
Hetty and Buster learnt to sit at the kerb long ago, so Ralph and Fritz were on a steep learning curve.
I need them to sit on demand because when I'm taking a pic, especially a macro, I don't need extra camera jiggle caused by someone trying to pull me over!
I can let Hetty and Fritz off where it's safe, but Buster still is capable of going on a mission and gettting lost if he's loose any where except the beach. After 2 years I have't finished teaching the recall to Ralph yet, either, but he is very good on a long rope, and comes when he's called in the garden.
Because of his past Ralph is still nervous in certain circumstances so he doesn't go loose outside, but I can tell he loves the security of being attached to Mum.
