Requirements 2 & 4
This photo satisfies requirements 2 and 4. Requirement 4 needs us to capture texture, so I increased the f-stop number in Tv mode to have a sharp image all around. This allowed me to capture the clouds as well as the details in the rocks. I used a short focal length to capture a wider frame of the scene. As for requirement 2, in terms of global post edits, I brightened the sky and manipulated the colors so that the cyan and greens stood out more. On the local level, I used lightroom to correct some of the chromatic aberration that occurred when taking the photo.
