Si parla di circa 18 milioni di persone e, pare, che la metà non sia arrivata viva all'imbarco.
Decimati da mesi di carcerazioni, incatenati e ammassati in sotteranei senza luce, senza in minimo di igene, senza aria e in un caldo soffocante.
Tutto questo sotto gli occhi benevoli delle nostre società civili eropee e della chiesa cristiana.
