Casa Ochon - 1848, donata da Nam Byeong-hyeok.
Presenta le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa appartenuta a una famiglia locale con un reddito medio durante il tardo periodo Joseon.
"Ochon" nel nome dell'edificio deriva da Ochon-ri, il nome del villaggio natale di una donna che si sposò con un membro della famiglia Nam.
Quando la casa fu smantellata per il trasferimento, fu scoperta un'iscrizione che indicava l'anno di costruzione, il 1848.
La casa fu costruita a forma quadrata con un cortile al centro.
Tutti i colmi del tetto erano collegati e il quartiere delle donne era collegato senza problemi allo spazio degli uomini.
Ci sono quattro stanze (per il proprietario maschio, sua moglie, gli ospiti e i servi), due spazi aperti e due spazi per lo stoccaggio.
Ci sono ingressi su tutti i lati tranne sul retro della casa.
Sul retro della casa si trova un porta-giare, mentre sulla destra si trovano un mulino, un pozzo e una dependance.

It demonstrates typical features of a hose belonging to alocal family with medium income during the late Joseon period.
"Ochon" in the building's name comes from Ochon-ri, the name of the birth village of a woman who married into the Nam family.
When the house was dismanted for relocation, an inscription indu
icanting the year of the constuction, 1848, was discovered.
The house was built in a square shape with a yard in the center.,
All roof ridges were connected and the women's quarter was smootly linked to the men's space.
There are four rooms (for thr male owner, his wife, guests amd servants), two open floor spaces,and two spaces for storage.
There are entrance on all sides except the back of the house.
A jar stand is located in the back of the house and a mill,well, and outhouse are on the right.
