La società, agli inizi del secolo scorso, ha avuto difficoltà nel rifornirsi, in tempi ragionevoli, dei pezzi di ricambio del macchinario utilizzato in azienda.
Per risolvere il problema si era dotata di un officina in grado di autoprodurre i pezzi necessari.
In questo scaffale sono conservate le matrici di legno degli elementi meccanici fondamentali, che riprodotti in sede garantivano autonomia ai lavori della salina.

The company, at the beginning of the last century, had difficulty in obtaining, in a reasonable time, the spare parts of the machinery used in the company.
To solve the problem it had a workshop capable of self-producing the necessary parts.
In this shelf are kept the wooden matrices of the fundamental mechanical elements, which reproduced on site guaranteed autonomy to the work of the salt pan.
