Il Tempio C è il più antico in quest'area, e risale al 550 a.C.
Nel 1925-27 sono state ricomposte e rialzate sul lato N numerose colonne (per la precisione 14 colonne su 17) con parte della trabeazione.
Presenta un peristilio (lunghezza m 63,70; larghezza m 24) di 6 x 17 colonne (altezza m 8,62).
È caratterizzato a est dall'ingresso preceduto da una scalinata di 8 gradini, un vestibolo con una seconda fila di colonne, quindi il pronao, la cella e l'adyton collegati in un insieme stretto e lungo (carattere arcaico); ha sostanzialmente la stessa planimetria del Tempio F sulla collina orientale.

Temple C is the oldest in this area, dating back to 550 BC.
In 1925-27 numerous columns (to be precise 14 out of 17 columns) with part of the entablature were reassembled and raised on the N side.
It has a peristyle (length 63.70 m; width 24 m) of 6 x 17 columns (height 8.62 m).
It is characterized to the east by the entrance preceded by a staircase of 8 steps, a vestibule with a second row of columns, then the pronaos, the cella and the adyton connected in a long and narrow whole (archaic character); it has essentially the same plan as Temple F on the eastern hill.
