Sulla sinistra:
Palazzo dell'Università, ricostruito dopo il terremoto del 1743 che distrusse gran parte degli edifici storici.
Inserita nella facciata si trova la torretta dell’orologio, anch’essa ricostruita, nel 1882 l’orologio fu dotato di un nuovo meccanismo a corda; tuttoggi vi è un addetto che giornalmente provvede a caricarlo.
Al centro:
la Guglia dell’Immacolata, voluta dalla popolazione dopo il violento terremoto del 743, è alta 19 metri a forma piramidale in stile barocco.
Sul basamento della guglia sono poste le statue di San Giuseppe, Sant’Anna, San Gioacchino e San Domenico mentre sulla punta vi è la statua dell’Immacolata

On the left:
Palazzo dell'Universtà, rebuilt after the earthquake of 1743 which destroyed most of the historic buildings.
Inserted into the facade is the clock tower, also rebuilt, in 1882 the clock was equipped with a new string mechanism; still today there is an employee who provides to load it daily.
In the center:
the Spire of the Immaculate Conception, commissioned by the population after the violent earthquake of 743, is 19 meters high with a pyramidal shape in Baroque style.
On the base of the spire are the statues of San Giuseppe, Sant'Anna, San Gioacchino and San Domenico while on the tip there is the statue of the Immaculate Conception
