Alfalfa Visitor
Very near home is a field that has quite a bit of Alfalfa. Even though it had been breezy much of the time I had gone out in hopes of getting a picture or two of free growing plant with such lovely little blooms. On this occasion I stumbled across whatever this creature was. I have no idea on the ID, and to be honest it is not really important. In the tags I have listed it as an insect, but I am not sure of that, as it does not, at least to my untrained eyes appear to have a three-part body structure.
I took a number of shots of it from different angles, but only a couple were in decent focus and this was the best of the lot.
EDIT: Many thanks to J. R. Page for pointing out that Alfalfa is actually one word, and not two, as I had originally spelled it.
