Brown-headed Cowbird
I'm back...at least for now. I have been busy and have only been out a couple of times to take pictures since I have been away from Flickr which seems like forever. This shot is from my second outing (last outing) to Elk Island National Park. Light, for the most part was pretty harsh, but I think it works not too badly here in bringing out some of the colours of this Cowbird.
Over the next while I will likely just be posting random shots that are fairly recent.
I certainly do not have time to comment on the many many posts that I have missed in my time away from Flickr, but know that I will be looking at each post that I have missed from everyone I follow. I will try to keep the comments to a minimum as I realize it would be a hassle to have to go to each post to read my comment, while keeping track of which comments you have read.
I hope you all are well and enjoying summer so far...going to be a cooker here for the next few days as we face an ongoing heat warning.
