20 Minutes to Sunrise
It is getting easier and easier to be up in time for sunrise. I see that today we have a total of 9 hours 23 minutes of daylight, so the days are indeed getting short. With the short days we have cool nights, so ponds are just beginning to freeze.
Not the greatest composition with lots of pretty blank sky, but I was just getting warmed up...one of the first images taken on this morning's visit to Elk Island National Park. I will likely make it a series. Haven't checked them out yet, but I am hoping there will be some nice ones...it was a lovely morning.
