Groovy Green
I have no idea as to what this plant is, nor whether the yellow things in the center are flowers or buds. All I know is that it was taken in a boggy area at the edge of a lake. The3 plant is only about 4 or 5 inches off of the ground, and had some very dark green leaves which I thought looks absolutely marvelous in the low angle of light provided by morning sun and perhaps some filtering of nearby trees..
I also kept a file that I had converted to B&W and gave it even more contrast to really bring out the dimension of the leaves, but ultimately really liked the colour in this version.
