Another Bald eagle Pic...yep, get used to them! This is one of the only images where it gave me a look.
Again, I hope I have not over-processed. There was definitely use of the Adjustment Brush in Photoshop to try to bring some detail back in the highlights. The light was rather harsh. Also something that I do not like to do, but have done here is to make a selection of the background which is actually water and not sky. It was so washed out that there was little contrast between it and the lit side of the eagles head.
To all of my Canadian Flickr friends, Happy Thanksgiving Day. We all have so much to be thankful for. Sometimes it is easy to forget how good we have it. Hope you all had a good day and were able to spend time with your loved ones.
