Mit der Bearbeitung möchte ich auf eine Stilrichtung in der Fotografie um die Wende vom 19. ins 20. Jahrhundert aufmerksam machen. Die besondere Ästhetik damaliger Fotos fasziniert heute noch.
Mir ist natürlich klar, dass digital bestenfalls eine Annäherung erreicht werden kann. Sei's drum.
With this editing I would like to draw attention to a style of photography around the turn of the 19th and 20th century. The special aesthetics of the photos of that time still fascinate today.
Of course I am aware that digitally at best an approximation can be achieved. So be it.
