Definitely Not Amtrak

A pair of LTEX SW1500s leased by Wilmington Terminal Railway shove 3 tankers up South Front Street and into Colonial Fuel. I believe this is the first time that this very overlooked section of street running has been properly photographed. The pair of SWs are in what seems to be a knockoff of Amtrak phase IV paint. They certainly do look good, though.
